set a new PR of 320 lbs on my deadlift today for a couple sets of doubles... felt like i coulda probably pushed it more, so next week we gonna try for 325. On day 10 of my cut, strength still in tact.

The 8-4 and fiery moats
I've been doing 6-8 reps for a while now. Can tell my body's getting bored of it. Might try something different for a change and hit 6 reps (heavy weight) for my first 3 sets of an exercise, then 2 more in the 10-12 range.

I'm probably gonna do this for a month. That and really focus on form.
