Did ring dips for yesterday for my gvt upper body push day. shyt was intense :whoo: broke part of the buckle on the ring straps. A nugga must be makin them gains :mjpls:

My experience with GVT the first time was I was I added a lot of muscle and could lift much bigger weights when I switched back to a regular program. That shyt used to have me looking yoked.

This is the first time I've really stuck to a program in a while. Which should help tremendously :heh:
