Man I was close to squatting 10 reps of 270 today. I just didn't have it on the last rep so I only did 9 reps. But I should def get it next week.
I've lost 30 pounds since March by changing my diet and eating healthier, and by lifting weights. Not much cardio at all. I stand at 250 lbs now, damn I look in the mirror and it's like nothing has changed. Man boobs, love handles, round belly looks the same from when I started....
It killed my happy mood today.
How much can you drink prior to sunup?brehs, since today is the first day of ramadan, and I'm fasting from sunup to sunset (no eating, drinking, smoking, sex, bleeding, injecting, etc..) i was going to do intermittent fasting, but I was thinking people who do that drink water all day, which I cant do. It wouldnt be dangerous or anything if I plan to workout about 1 hour before i break my fast without drinking any water all day? I'm kind of worried I might catch a cramp or something.
Not to sound like an Infomercial, but I used to hate squatting the bar would just kill my neck so was using machines most of this. That was until I purchased this:

Its amazing, no need to worry about pain on my neck/traps/back and just worry about squatting and hitting my legs. Find it much better than the foam ones or even using a towel.
Invest if you were like me and hated the pain on the back of your neck etc.

My forearms getting used to zercher squats was a bytchI wonder if they come in pink or yellow...I'll applaud you for squatting though.![]()
