How much can you drink prior to sunup?
My thought would be that you should be fine for the most part if you are getting plenty of fluids in before the fast and the night before. That said I wouldn't do anything in that workout that's going to cause a lot of sweating or really jack your heart rate up.
I ate like an animal the night before (bad idea) so this morning I couldnt really drink a lot, maybe close to 1 liter of water. But usually I think i can knock out 1-2.5 liters in the morning. The hardest thing is squats, I always sweat when I hit squats. But I'll let you know how it goes tonight. being in the gym..been in hoop mode for months now. Doing flat chest exercises like 80% MAX. Then I decide to mess around with decline in IDK how long.
"I haven't done decline in a while and I'm feeling pretty fatigued so I'll try for like 5 reps (205)."
I know I've been getting complacent and not pushing myself as hard as I used to.
