I've been doing machine leg workouts forever and finally decided to do barbell squats and dead lifts for the first time
I literally couldn't walk brehs wtf!? I didn't even do as many reps per set as I usually do and used much less weight. I've never experienced that before. I was literally falling all over the place like I was having multiple strokes
This is my new favorite workout brehscan't wait to do it again. I want to leave in a wheelchair next time.
