Her dad is some former bb named randy schaar and she seore up and down that to lose weight calories not only do not matter but you can eat ad much protein as ypu want cuz carbs are the only thing that make ypu gain weight. Naw hes wrongI was talking to my step dad and he was saying how benching to the chest and bringing elbows below parrell will fukk up your shoulders. Tho I don't have this problem at all. If that was an issue wouldn't you do just Dumbbells instead of a barbell.
