So this is my initial IF plan. Wake up 6-7 pm, work at 11 pm, eat my 1st meal at 1 am, another at 5, get off work at 7:30 and in the gym by 8. Eat something after the gym and in bed by 11-noon. Wake up and repeat.

So meals at 1am, 5am and 10am ish? That seems like a decent plan.

Combine that with Ketosis and weight would melt off you.

5 lbs away from 50% of my bodyweight added for weighted dips, 5 clean reps :lupe:

Kinda scary feeling that weight under me when being in such a vulnerable position:damn:

Not really any scarier than having weight above me in a bench press though :ld:

Loving this back to basics shyt :ohlawd: I pussed around and didn't have a dip/chin belt since February and now I'm regretting wasting 5 months with bullshyt :to:

Was really hoping to get a quick cardio session before work today at 9. But after getting out of work at 10:30 last night I overslept till 7 this morning. Had to be here at 9 this morning.
Oh well missing the session Suks but my body could use the 2 day rest. Might just eat less carbs then Normal.

Somewhere between 12-15 miles. Map my run says one thing and Fitbit says another. I put my Fitbit on just as I was leaving out so it could be more accurate.

I didn't start off well at all. Props to stores that stay open 24 hrs AND have public restrooms.

Brehs i'm well versed in boxing training (or was ten years ago). Why the fukk is my jab arm forearm getting sore/stiff after workouts? I'm faster/stronger than when I was actually fighting dudes 10 years ago. Wrapping my hands too tight?

Damn, first time attempting the Category 1 version of Lyle's Rapid Fat Loss. This might be a staple kicking off diets from now on :patrice:

I'm in the middle of a 12-day stint. Literally 9lbs lighter since last Sunday with 4 days to go :leon: Yes, majority water weight. However, eating 1300-1500cals vs an average 2800 maintanence has to be hitting some significant fat. I don't feel like shyt either like I used to mid-week when I was on UD2. After two lifting sessions, strength still hasn't fallen.

Carb load at the end is gonna be silly :wow:
