I work out fasted, prefer to be light as possible.
Actually nah, I do piss like 2 -3 times before I leave the house, but I feel damn good. I remember this athletic trainer told me how much water an elite professional athlete can be expected to drink, and my jaw dropped. This cat was talking about having piss damn near every 30 minutes and shyt :wow:

And actually I have had some pretty get workouts in the past, when I fasted(not intentionally)...
But usually it depends on what I ate earlier in the day or even more importantly, if I carb loaded the night before.....

Any suggestions for a chest movement?
For an accessory movement? If so its really your choice because on my upper body pressing day I do weightrd ring dips for my primary movement and usually overhead press as my "accessory"

I try to eat no later than 2hrs before the gym. I hate going to the gym with a big meal in me and liquid
