Yeah, looking at them now the models skinny as shyt but still got tight fits
Have received a lot of comments and random body touches from women whilst wearing them joints. Copped the XL from this brand Alpha-Beta and those joints fit perfect. At first I felt uncomfortable because I grew up wearing mad baggy shirts, but then my ex (a bad foreign joint) was like "you are crazy, those fit you perfect, they make you look even more attractive."
I was sold.

I had the same problem with rocking tight stuff at first, but the Dry Fit stuff from Nike helped me out cause I'd walk around in the tops after playing ball and got compliments. You put in the work, may as well show off the merchandise, ain't like we're born like this, it takes hard work cot damnit

Started intermittent fasting today
Now, yall know that I aint about none of the hype around structured dieting....I'm not doing it for any reason like that
What happened was that it dawned on me that I had already been following an 11:30-8:30 eating window during the work week except for a bowl of cereal and protein shake in the morning. I'm a big nightime eater, so I figured "why not iust cut out that breakfast and save those calories for when I really love eating at night?"
First day today, did it out of the blue with no planning. Had hunger pains at 7 but they went away quick. Had coffee at 9. Didnt get hunger pains the rest of the morning
This is gonna be great. I'm gonna go fukking HAM on the milk and cereal every night after my workouts
Will eat breakfast on the weekends though because I train in the morning then and dont want to train after an overnight fast

Went to the store and wanted some quick protein...this milk company is charging $1.10 for a pint of milk with 20g of protein, but a dollar more for the special PROTEIN BODYBUILDER RECOVERY edition pint size....same thing mostly but more Vitamin D + C.

I know h & m and foreva 21, has a lot dope gear, for dirt cheap. Idk if it would fit some of you cats on here though(over 6'1 & 210+ lbs)
