anyone know how LA Fitness Signature Clubs work? ATL doesnt have any so I have regular membership I guess, but I will be going to a city that does have it.

Everytime I have a cheat meal I feel so damn
I have a cheat meal Atleast once every week and a half, so I shouldn't feel bad about which I don't but I feel as I wasted a weeks worth of excersie.

I'm celebrating life tonight with an entire big bag of new Steakhouse Onion Funyuns and a theater box of Sweet Tarts. Gonna wake up tomorrow and flex my abs in the mirror knowing it didnt really mean shyt. Will have a nice lunch of beans and rice and chicken and a reasonable dinner tomorrow night and be right back in the game ready for some weekend gainz

Well brehs, after 6 years of working out, I've finally reached a new plateau of solid muscle.
My body set point is now between 177-181
Up from 170-175lbs
at the noobs who think they can easily pack on muscle in a couple months, this shyt takes years of hard work

7 months of cutting I already did (Feb through September).... will start the reverse diet in October, hopefully be back to eating like a healthy human male adult by January.
