If you aren't winded, then you aren't pushing your self, so I would recommend that you increase the MPH pace.I get bored with running after a mile and a half...I'm not winded afterwards

Not a breathing issue. I just think if I had someone help me get the weights in the starting position I could squeeze out 1 or 2 more reps
jesus christ, even 30lbs might be too much. If I do curls I can only do 35lbs....Nothing makes me cringe more at the gym. A while back I had to stop this one dude because I was afraid for him. He was like 5'6 and scrawny, curling a 50 pound dumbbell. Looked like his elbow was about to snap. I walked over to him and said, "do you see I'm 6'6 and 235, but we're curling the same exact weight right now? What do you think that means?" I made it into a joke because I wasn't trying to be a dikk, I was genuinely scared for his elbow and shoulder. Took him down to 20 pounds and made him focus on form and pace. Ego and insecurity are so dangerous in the gym, and they both run rampant as fukk.
