I did them again yesterday.....twice in one week is a record for me since I rarely do them
I have begun to realize that 4 plates is a very reachable goal for me which is gonna be euphoria when it finally happens
Im half considering even doing them for reps...cant see myself going higher than 5 though. fukk that

I've been on rack pull the last few weeks...I can go pretty heavy in them and only feel it in my back and forearms. I can also recover enough to hit that 2x a week. Deadlifts I always feel my whole body drained...but when I hit them I always have the urge to go like 85% my 1RM.

My co-worker is going to see CT Fletcher who will be in town tomorrow...he wants me to tag along.....
