can anyone describe what may be wrong with a pain im having. i hurt where my forearm and bicep meet and its a throbbing pain. its fine when the arm is straight but when i make a muscle the shyt hurts and i cant stabilize shyt. someone help

I believe that's a vein there. Or maybe a nerve. May be a pinched nerve. Not sure much on medical advice like someone else might be.

edit: thats one rep max. I mentioned 5x5 but im not 5 repping that weight. I meant 5x5 is still working well boosting my 1 rep

Tried LA fitness for the first time today on a 3 day pass...its night and day compared to my regular gym which is planet fitness. It wasnt crowded either! Much more in shape people there compared to my regular gym. Said it only cost like 30 a month. I hoped on that rower now thats a workout
