Hit a deadlift PR today even though yoga burned me out last night

375 lb @ 165 lbs:stylin:

I know I aint anywhere near powerlifting competition numbers I still feel pretty damn strong considering my suboptimal training and genetic shortcomings:skip:

Form slipped on deadlifts in the 5th set :snoop: now my lower back is acting funny. First damn day back after a few days off due to a cold. :snoop: can't win.
