Haven't been able to do squats or deads due to my stupid fukkin back
I haven't been able to do either for several months......it really, really sucks.
For whatever it's worth, I haven't had a back injury since I stopped doing heavy deadlifts.... even when I was hitting 325x5 on squats

Gonna see how the newbies do at my gym. Might switch to home workouts for a month or two
