I feel like i get some of my best chest workouts from simple push ups.
....lucky this is my maintenance period and my workouts are light for the rest of the year but nonetheless aggravated...i got this weird sharp pain all up in my left shoulder blade area...i really feel it when i do abs exercises or if i lie down in any position other than my right side...aspirin, my lady giving me massages in that area, icy hot, aspercreme with the lidocaine..none of that shyt is abating it...im hoping its nothing serious...friday im going to go visit a professional massage therapist to see if they can work it out..else when i do my year end physical next week im asking my doctor to shoot me up with something strong so it goes away lol...im not trying to start a new workout plan in january injuredusually anywhere from a min of a quick 60 to 80. In about 2-4 mins.How many you doing about 100
