Why would anyone want to put themselves at near death for the sake of impressing others at a gym when working out? And why would anyone think that's impressive anyway?
I didn't.
Idk I've been trying rows and deadlifts recently but my hands still feel softer than charmin toilet paper....I didn't.
But heavy dumbbell shrugs and rows are good
Bro you got any progress pictures from hs to college to the present...I haven't even attempted to lift heavy in a long timebeen on the reps for about a year and some change. I look much better as a result even though I haven't lost weight.

Nah I haven't taken any. The improvements are subtle though from college to nowBro you got any progress pictures from hs to college to the present...
That's the best way to judge imo....
I always use chalk. I hate that clammy feelingIdk I've been trying rows and deadlifts recently but my hands still feel softer than charmin toilet paper....
My strength is back but my grip is horrible. Even hitting 2 plates is a struggle from grip alone....
I'm thinking about keeping chalk on me at all times now, to see how my gains will proceed.
I'll give db shrugs and some farmer walks a try though....
