Harris teeter was pissin me off the other week. Walmart always has plenty of wild caught shyt, so I figured bougie-ass Harris teeter definitely would. I had to dig through all kinds of farmed shyt to find any wild caught cod or salmon

I don't think I have ever bought satisfyingly fresh fish here like ever. Back in NY there were fresh fish spots every 3.6 blocks

Yep it's a new year. Nothing like watching someone get madeover equipment and they were both doing fukkery movements.

Low key I would had cursed the guy that "took" the equipment out in that situation.

I guess the mobility work I've been doing the last few days has been paying off. I was able to go deep on squats without the lower back soreness I used to have. I used to do squats and my lower back would be sore AF. I asked a dude who worked at the gym to see if I was doing the buttwink (no homo) at the bottom of my squats. and he said my form looked fine, but he wasn't a personal trainer so he didn't know. Also got to four plates on sumo deadlifts (I know that ain't shyt to you powerlifting ass nikkas, but whatever).

All in all, this was probably the best leg day I've had in a long time. I could barely walk afterwards tho :noah:

Yea it's gonna be crazy. Normally I lift first thing in the morning but since I had work from 9-5 and didn't go to bed till midnight I decided to lift after work.

Man it was a zoo. Thank god I got done what I needed to get done.

I have been going to the gym consistently now, and cut out the soda but the food part is still kind of bad. I need to cut out rice completely and just eat chicken breast and some veggies but it gets dull pretty quick, wish I had some vegan chef
