You should be eating 1g of protein for every pound of body weight, is that right? So if i weigh around 180 pounds I should be getting at least 180g of protein a day?
What happens if you go over? Is it possible to have too much protein in your diet?
Food costs so much brehs and i recently lost my jobgonna have to find some alternatives
