Bought that chros jones dude workout plan with the 4 day split and been doing it since mid december.

Gotta admit the first time I did I was dying on leg day because of the volume. But now, its been pretty easy. Increasing weight and getting stronger. Been doing the plan while cutting and when I wanna start bulking i'll definately get bigger

Started back in the gym today(w trainer) and was so tired and feeling out of shape by the end. Trying to drop weight/lose fat so was doing a lot of cardio. Big thing will be my diet though and i'm going to make sure i keep it on point so i don't kill myself doing these workouts for nothing.

Now he's about 209 bulk and when he slims down for his show will be around 195 or so not too sure .
