It has been fine thank god. Shoulder too. I've just been taking the weight progressions much slower and not pushing any unnecessary 1rm or anything like that.
There is an Equinox about equi distant from my crib (greenvale) but it's very mediocre. The talent there is a hit or miss. Milf time is banging but after morning classes end the place is a ghost town.

When you are about to put in work, that's how. Sometimes bringing your phone can just be a distraction. Some of my best workouts have been without it. While some of my best workouts have been with it. It all depends.
