Do you guys and gals do exercises to activate certain muscles before you work on those muscles via weights?
For example, I usually do 50 push-ups(really, 5-sets of 10) before I do chest workouts with weights. I do this to REALLY activate my pecs before I do bench-press and stuff like that...
Yes, I warm up for most things either using a light weight, or BW stuff and also my yoga band for shoulder dislocations to warm up my scapula.
Just dont do your max for a warm up lol
