So I was gonna start IF today but it's 10am and I'm already super hungry :mjcry:

I'm doing PHAT today is my rest day .

I just rolled over to use the bathroom I'm tryna go back to sleep by my stomach is on E :francis:

I work nights so I was gonna do 5:30pm to 1:30am :patrice:

I'm usually sleep right now then work out at 1pm.

Should I do IF right now ?

Man I'm on the toilet but as soon as I'm done I'm hitting the gym haven't been in 3 days

:whoa: Everyone is at different points on different journeys........ but 115lbs on incline bench as a man = u are prob not an authority.

I am surprised he did not gain a lot but I feel like fat gains on a high protein diet are minimal.

Going to 1800 calories a week to cut down before toning up. Punishing myself for eating so much junk food over the weekend :francis:

Instead of getting my usual 1% choclate milk I decided to try for the first time whole milk. Tried skim & 1% before but those were just nasty. This gonna be interesting.

Morning weight down 3lbs (227lbs). Still doing gvt with heavy low rep "accessory" lifts (really just compounds that didn't make first string as my main movement) going strong :myman:

I'm in breh i was suffering this morning :mjcry:

Today was my rest day so tomorrow Imma be hurting after I work out but can't eat .
