I've just in recent weeks, started to consume about 1000 calories a day. I was undereating for a lil bit while trying to lift. It's tough. But I wanted to lose weight and belly fat. I lost weight, but I'm trying to....tone.Your lifts must be in the garbage right now

And u do know "toning" is BS, right? Lifting heavy will result in desirable changes. But I think cutting before lifting, especially for women, is a good idea, if for no other reason the psychological aspects.

I got down to 1300kcal/day one time and legit thought I was gonna die
I don't have breakfast. I'd usually sip a protein shake for lunch pre-workout, or sometimes post-workout. Sometimes I'll have ground turkey beef in a taco shell for dinner. Sometimes I'll have baked fish with a salad on the side for dinner. But the only consistent is the protein shake for lunch.1000 calories a day?

Mental? Do u have an eating disorder? I am eating about 3000-3200/day now but once I start cutting in April I'm gonna chop that down to like 2200. I have been skipping breakfast for years. No sexism but for men I think it's a waste. Breakfast is generally not very healthy.Damn son. I hear skipping breakfast screws you over. Try a meal replacement shake for breakfast, my shakes are no more than 300 calories and they fill me until lunch
