I've stopped watching fitness youtube channels... dunno why but feel like all these cats are telling ducktales, on roids, selling their trash products... :camby:

I'm bout to unsubscribe from a bunch of them, It's just sleazy clickbait bullshyt (Athlean-X), or generic "what's in my gym bag"/"full day of eating" vids (damn near every fitness chick).

I'm only staying subbed to BroScienceLife, Bradley Martyn, and Elgintensity, and those are all for fukkery purposes moreso than fitness.

So I got back up to 60 lbs on dumb bell press :leon:

If I can get up to 75lbs in 2 weeks these hoes don't stand a chance :banderas:

How many reps? And what gym do you go to? It hard as hell for me to get to the gym these days. I usually get in from work and try to rest after the commute but I mess around and wake up and its too late to go to the gym. I think I need a 24hr gym to stay consistent.

Apparently the way to calculate calories burned by doing squats are:

Weight + body weight x .096 x minutes performed.

How I burn 400 calories in 20 minutes :patrice:

Unless u are squatting for 20 minutes straight, like 1 set of 3000, that sounds right. U only squat for like 30 seconds at a time bruh.
