I just saw the screen shot of the video and I will pass. The Internet just exposes how nasty people are. :smh:

If you want more fiber in your life, just work in servings fruits, vegetables, and whole grain bread into your diet.
I do all that for some reason this week haven't been going once a day like normal .

Worked on legs yesterday. I can feel my strength coming back slowly.
Did squats. Still warming up with low weights so I don't tweak something.

As for fiber, I used to eat Fiber One cereal to get my fiber. Sometimes, my poop would be gigantic.
Don't use laxatives on a regular basis. You want to rely on high fiber intake from food to run a reverse, backside blow-out, train on your colon.

You starting with 135 lbs. or more? Try starting with 95 lbs. (25 lbs plates on each side) to get the form down.
I start with 25 on each side to warm up. Im doing 5x5 and the more weight I add the more my form fukks up :snoop: I might just stay at this weight until I get it right

Bring your smartphone, set up the camera to video mode, lay it on the floor at an angle to focus on where you will be doing the deadlifts, then record yourself doing deadlifts. Stop it after you complete a set and review your recording. I did that with squats, just to see if I was going low enough. Get a backside angle shot (no homo) so you can make sure your spine is not rounded while doing the deadlift. You'll see if your form is off.

Does anyone eat into their burned calories? I burn over 600 calories per day but i'll maybe eat back maybe 200 of that.

That's a no no, right? Or it's all right?
