This is true. I had a really bad injury as a junior in undergrad and had to be hospitalized. Took two weeks to recover then I went straight into doing Pilates for 6 months. It helped tremendously. Admittenly I haven't been doing core workouts as much as I should. This is food for thought.First thing is first, let your back heal...
You need to strengthen your core(planking) and Kettle Bell Goblet squats, as well doing some rowing to strength up that back.
Also YouTube search movements to strengthen your rotator cuff. Having a strong rotator cuff is underrated when it comes to back squating and it takes pressure off of your mid and lower back.
Yeah I think I'm going to incorporate body weight exercises with core training starting this Saturday based on how I feel. Sound advice brehs. Thanks.@Fonsworth its really however you want to do it
I like to switch to body weight shyt.... just do dips and chins for like 10 sets maybe 2-3 times over a week. Lets my CNS rest but doesn't completely kill my gains. So I come back fresh. Dont change nutrition or any of that shyt.... just dial it back in the gym
As for your back I wouldn't do shyt involving it until it heals.... in my experience that is the fastest and safest road to recovery for anything back related.

I'll take your bytch whether you fat or not but being fat makes it easierI literally came in here to ask about how one would go about deloading. I sprained my back a little yesterday squatting and it made me realize that I've been going heavy for a while on the big three. Help me understand this shyt breh.

@ThiefyPoo i went a little flabtastic over the past three weeks and gained 5-7lbstell me something motivational and mean to get me back on track.
@KOOL-AID that ACV is piff fwiend.
Stair mill goat cardio machineI've stopped using the stairclimber for cardio and am back on the treadmill, but now I am always running/walking at 10% angle. I can't run for 5.5 MPH at that angle for a mile. I dial it back to 2.5 MPH and walk for a bit and then go back to running. It's a lung burner. I only lost 0.2 lbs. so maybe I'm eating too much calories.
Worked on bicep too.
Don't do back extensions! This is true. I had a really bad injury as a junior in undergrad and had to be hospitalized. Took two weeks to recover then I went straight into doing Pilates for 6 months. Edit: I need to do back extensions and Romanian deads regularly. My lower back is my Achilles heel.

Don't do back extensions!
Work on the pelvic tilt. Lay on the ground and practice tilting your pelvis forwards and backwards
And do supermans on the floor instead of back extensions.
That works thanksI'll take your bytch whether you fat or not but being fat makes it easier
