Looks like I got my bloating under control but I had to stop bulking. My stomach can't handle that much food everyday so I'm trying recomposition. Switched to full body workouts 3 days a week so I can eat lighter the other 4 days. Still managed to hit some PR's last week and hit chest with 70lb dumbbells :blessed:

I'm so lethargic despite my nutrition being on point. I think I'm having caffeine crashes cause I've upped my coffee intake

Man, I'm nearing the end of a cut (vacation 2nd week of May, praying for the abs to peek out)....tried to hoop today....:mjlol:
