Bout a month into it and slowly regaining strength ...still annoying my upper body got that weak the past 1.5 years but oh well

Going to try a 405 3x5 session Sunday for deads
Had to dial it back and be smart. Went
405 3x3
405 1x2 (failed the last rep for 3, reset and completed)
405 1x3

It's nothing to get excited about but considering my back was jacked for months and I developed a phobia for conventional deads it feels good to be back at them.

My forearms are hampering some of my workouts, I look great everywhere but my forearms, even had my non gym going ass jump off say I need to work on my forearms :dwillhuh:

My grip is suspect while doing heavy deads, have to do overhand/underhand grip and sometimes even use chalk. My back isn't even the problem it's my grip :mjcry:
