My forearms are hampering some of my workouts, I look great everywhere but my forearms, even had my non gym going ass jump off say I need to work on my forearms
My grip is suspect while doing heavy deads, have to do overhand/underhand grip and sometimes even use chalk. My back isn't even the problem it's my grip![]()
