Does anyone know why people use a step mill instead of a treadmill? Is there some benefit to it over jogging? Been seeing a lot of youtubers using it.

Results are in:

1.75m tall (5 ft 7in) (Officially 1.77m tall but I think the extra 2 cm are due to my hair)

83.2kg (183 lbs)

And most importantly,

16.3% body fat (not really too special but down from 28% a couple of years back:blessed:)


My goal is to bring it down and maintain it around 15% now:smugbiden:

I hate high rep deadlifts. Just asking for form breakdown

To me, 'high rep' sets are 3

I usually only do singles or doubles

Not the best for bodybuilding, but honestly deadlifts aren't the best for bodybuilding anyway. Stiff legged deadlifts would be better
Yeah romanians are where it's at for bodybuilding purposes
