Yeah maybe i shouldn't have been.Or maybe you're just still fat, but losing weight. Very few skinny people have double chins so I can see why she said that. I'm just trying to figure out why you were mad at her.

That was a little emotional of you, but I can dig it. I get mad when people call me fat too. The only one that can call me fat is me.Yeah maybe i shouldn't have been.

It's not a matter of getting mad but just gettingat that type of thing. Like my thing is that the perception of body type by society and social media is ridiculous. If you're not really thin, it's an issue or you get called fat. I imagine women go thru it worse especially with how the industry portrays its models and women do tend to be more, what's the word I'm looking for, I want to say judgmental about their bodies. But maybe it's just me. Maybe I'm in the first step which is denial and have to get pass that. Or maybe I should do chin ups to burn that "chin fat". If I've been believing otherwise, then I'll accept my new body type until I improve it.
Maybe being too hairy is causing me to look heavier.
I weigh about 178, 177 on a good day.
This was from just a bit earlier. No weight gained since.

Agree 100%. Should be no reason for people not to maintain themselves or atleast try to. I blame laziness and diet. I know for us Hispanics and blacks too, that there's a lot of fatty and fried foods in the culture and diets. I eat junk I'll admit. Not as much but I'm not no healthy eater. But some people go too crazy with their eating. Especially with soda. Way too much sugar. I agree it's all about discipline and wanting to better yourself. I salute those people. It's not just about looks but health too. Some folks just want to eat badly or not burn it off. Hopefully this new soda tax in Philly can lead others to do the same. It'll help the country out. Thanks for sharing your pic.Damn, you are pretty skinny with a double chin though, my bad. I was expecting something totally different.
I understand where you're coming but I guess I'm different because I'm not necessarily opposed to what people refer to as fat shaming. If you're fat, you're fatLike I remember Target selling vanity sized clothing and it made me so angry. I'm not a size 1 or 2, put the fukking double digits on the clothing label
I don't advocate for everyone to be "skinny" but there should be some self discipline involved where you don't become abnormally fat and expect people not to say anything. I wouldn't allow myself to get to a point where I couldn't bathe myself, tie my own shoe, needed a damn motorized wheel chair to do grocery shopping or need to purchase an additional airplane seat when I travel. I feel the ones who normally complain about fat shaming are abnormally big, but want to wear booty shorts and bikinis and have people embrace them. Sorry but that's not gonna happen, sister.

The other day I was ringing up my co-worker and she was getting two soda bottles, normal 32 oz or whatever size they are, with the rest of her stuff. Now she's skinny I'd say. But anyways i look and one bottle had like 70 grams of sugar. I thought that was ridiculous. I can't imagine consuming that much sugar in one serving. So yeah, something definitely needs to be done. Cuz some people like maybe her, drink coke occasionally. Others, drink it constantly.
Maybe I was off by a few grams.still.

Bose is worse than the celebrity joints...youre paying for the name.Im not fukking w/celebrity branded shyts.... they cost like 2-3x what they should. I heard the Bose ones and those are crazy but they don't come cheap at ALL. I'm gonna keep digging though. I don't wanna spend more than $100
Bose pricing is pretty bad. I couldn't. But they work really well. I think I'm gonna grab these before my trip to Europe in the fall:Bose is worse than the celebrity joints...youre paying for the name.
Thats true for all name brands.
