Decided to change things up for my strength week. So I'm doing 10 x 3 for stuff like Squats, deads, bench, ohp, rows. And 5x5 for stuff like hip thrusts, walking lunges, weighted dips & pull ups.

So did that with legs yesterday and
Found my 1rm for my high bar squat of 270.
Hip thrusts went ok ended up doing 265 for 3 reps
Was able to front squat 200 for 3 reps pretty comfortably.
Also on RDL's got the weight up to 205 for 3 reps.

Also my legs are pretty sore. This is the first time I really back squatted heavy since I mobilized my ankles & hips to where I can reach proper depth consistently. Plus doing 10 x 3 of it is a good amount of volume. As long as I can do my heavy deads on Friday we souls be good.

On leg days, is it cool to do front squats, back sqiats and deads on the same day? Ive read different views, i feel fine after anyway but wanted to make sure im not gonna fukk myself up or anything

Managed to do 100kg front squat today
140kg back squat
And 140kg on deads i think fatigue got me at the end i can do more

back to doing my runs...while i gotta get into training for this 5K in november...still cognizant of the knee issue that i had in the summertime..so i gotta really mix up my cardio other than running...have a good mix of impact and non impact cardio..cut off 7 lbs since i got back in the gym from my vacation..we'll see how it goes over the next 8 weeks

As long as you can maintain good/safe form, sure.

If this is a normal workout, I'd also be sure to rotate the lift you do first an go the hardest on.
