Wifey wants a fitbit for her bday. Not sure which to get. She's jogs alot and is tryna maintain her current weight by eating a sugar free, low carb diet.
Any suggestions ?

The HR version is pretty durable. And Fitbit's customer service is world class if anything happens with it.

Tested my one-rep maxes this week. Was very surprised and happy with the results. :leon:

Deadlift: 485x1 (4 singles)
Bench: 265x1 (3 singles)
Squat: 395x1 (2 singles)

My bench is still :flabbynsick: for my size (5'10", 198). I tried to do a second rep on bench and almost died. :francis: Good thing I had a spot. :whew:

I'm very happy with my squat and especially deadlift. I think I can deadlift five plates for 1 and squat four plates for 1 by the end of the year (maybe even the end of the month. :ooh:).

damn. You and @The ADD motivating me to start really chasing strength gains again.

I'm stilll in the gym doing my thing. I'm at a bit of a standstill, running a 6mph pace and can only do 30-41 push ups. I see my abs a bit more but I weigh 230lbs so I haven't made any real progress the past few months.

One highlight tho, I got sick of doing the same routine exercises and my shoulder was feeling ok so I gave the smith machine bench press a try for a first time in many years since I fukked up my left shoulder bench pressing. I was able to do 315lbs inclined. I will try to stick with it and work my way up to 350lbs hopefully.

I'm getting back into the swing of doing squats and deads after a year of not doing them:francis:

225 felt heavy but I know it's just my cns getting reacclimated:ehh:

On a side note the La fitness here in midtown is full of gay nikkas and cacs. To top it off the nikkas are doing some off the wall exercises and wonder why they ain't making no gainz:mjgrin:
