I knew after that first 450 pull that I would legit face planted trying 510 today.

Alternating doing squats as primary 2x a week and then DL...I still haven't tried 600 yet...too many people start watching when you start loading the weights. I need to try that shyt one early morning. :francis:

Nothing worse than flu messing up your workout plans. Now have to start all over again and possibly doms too. Sigh

Nothing makes me feel more violent than people who stare at other people working out. Theyre usually fat too.
