I really need to take stretching and foam rolling seriously. Went for a massage yesterday and when she was working on my traps/shoulders which were so tight that I swear if it was an MMA fight I might've tapped out![]()
Its tough to not be bored stretching, so what I've taken to doing is stretching every 3rd or 4th set during my workouts. I just spend around 2 minutes stretching whatever muscled I'm working on at the time.
I actually feel that it helps me get a better pump, which is a neat added bonus. But overall it just feels good as fukk. Then, I don't have to suffer through a boring 10 minutes stretching session at the end of my workout that I will inevitably skip
