In my experience, it's not too bad. Actually, if you don't need to cut for long (2 months or less), you can probably keep making gains, albeit not as quickly, while dropping weight somewhat aggressively. For me, I started a cut this year in March I think, dropping 2-3lb a week at times, and the only lifts that I didn't keep making gains on were heavy bench and squat. You have to find your right macro balance though.... that was the key for me.Man, I really wanna do a cut for the summer and get these abs poppin more but I'm on too much of a roll right now and don't want any performance setbacks
I'm just gonna stick with what I been doing, I guess. Been on that maintenance calories wave for a while now.

You hit yet?Got in, found out it was the girl at the front desk that I make small talk with birthday. Said she's 21. Told her so we gonna go out for a drink sometime? Gave her my number and exchanged snaps. Went upstairs and knocked out these squats and leg exercises. Came back down and told her to text me her number so I'll have it. Productive day.
Anyone mess with those training parachutes? My boy asked me to look one up for him. I don't know why since he's not a runner and he smokes/vapes so it's not like he's in shape for that type of resistance running.
Thinking of just going for a bit today and doing abs and cardio. Hold of on chest and shoulders for tomorrow. Half of me wants to just chill. Let me eat breakfast and see.
