That might be the issue, I'm at around 2100 cals daily but I might have to up that.

Pretty much, just went back to a 3x5 stronglifts "style" full body routine. I've done it before but not in a long while (at least consistently).
I forgot how much heavy squatting drains your CNS and has my Arms feeling
to do any kind of heavy pressing/pulling for the rest of the workout. Just gotta get used to it.
