i workout before work, so i'm ravenous from about 7am through about 3pm. i skip dinner a lot or drink a protein shake or eat a couple spoons full of PB and call it a night. i need to get more disciplined about eating dinner again or make the hard move to IFThis is exactly why I don't fukk with breakfast
I'm no less hungry at lunch time, and that's when I actually need the calories since I work out then![]()
