Had to lower weight on squats (be humble) working on pushing my knees out to get better depth. Bench is progressing slowly. Did barbell rows for the first time in years and it felt :blessed:


I wonder if finishing off my workouts with dips/pull ups to failure with hurt recovery:patrice: Doing this full body (3x5) got my upper body missing some of the extra volume.

Do like me and have a strength day and a hypertrophy day :gladbron: if you did strength on Monday do hypertrophy on Wednesday, then strength again on Friday and just keep that alternation going

What are y'all thoughts on circuit training? if you have some good routines please send em my way.

What about core workouts? my core is weak asf and it feels like in going to get a hernia whenever I do decline ab crunches.

Squats and Deadlifts :jawalrus:


I do those, but the past month I've been using a workout partner for abs...going to see how my my squats and deadlifts are helped if at all....:yeshrug:

I'm not on the level yet to do twink abs exercises yet like the hollow pullups....:francis:

I've been trying to be more complete with my workout and include twink arm/abs/calves into the picture. :dame:
