I have mid back pain...basically along my right lat....I skipped yesterday and may likely skip today
I hyper-extended a little too much doing arnold presses.
I was planning on doing chest, back and some lunges too
Do you know any mobility/stretching exercises that I can do?

As @Luck said, if you think it's over use then use a foam roller or a tennis ball.
I tend to use a tennis ball cuz it can hit all the nooks and crannies
