Hopefully I'll wake up early enough and get in another short session like today. Mostly abs and cardio, nothing too heavy and mainly bodyweight. I gotta wake up by 11 and I do need a haircut. Hopefully I'm good with time management before work at 4. Been noticing the change with my cut even when it doesn't feel like I'm making much progress. Just gotta take it one day at a time. I can feel the abs and cuts, just gotta lose a bit more fat. I haven't been this low in a long time.

Unrelated but a funny thing I noticed. My life is all about the letter W. My four top interests all start with that letter. Working out, wealth as in improving mine and focusing on my credit score, women of course, and wrestling. Surround myself with W's not L's.

I really hate having to load plates on the barbell. Walking around asking folk if they're using it, finding the clipper, doing the warm up then having to remove it again and add more plates, etc shyt is just :shaq2:

Even more tiring than the workout itself :heh:

Probably not the answer you are looking for but:

Sleep
Nutrition
Hydration

I wouldn't drop cash on anything claiming to aid recovery unless you are in super intense workouts that benefit you financially.

I take Zma as well as Protein shakes right before bed. Also take some bcaa and l glutamine right after workout which has been helping a lot.

Sorry about late response

I'm going to stick with the recovery supp I have at the moment. It's actually pretty decent and I'm not doing anything too extreme atm. Just ten miles of running a week, push ups, sit ups and squats.

I know I need to work my way up to a more extreme exercise regime. I want to be able to do pull ups again but I have absolutely no upper body strength atm.
