Similar to the leg press machine, but the part your feet is on doesn't move so you're pushing off instead of up.
Only reason I stopped doing leg presses is cause they shyt always broke![]()
C'mon dawg then you can't say leg day is the easiest when you don't squat or deadlift.....and IMO cardio with your feet don't count as legs.

Machines are a good supplement and lunges are too, but the physical demand of squats can't be replicated.....
