I'm at the halfway point today. Half of me needs to workout to relieve this anger, the other half is too angry to workout. Let me eat something now and hopefully it'll make me feel better. I need to find a way to work for myself cuz I can't work for others.

Ordered a 3 inch/10 mm thick lifting belt...the 4 is too thick for my torso area. Been years since I've used a belt, but I'm doing heavy shyt now on a consistent basis. :francis:

And can we :salute: how cashew milk came thru and crushed the buildings :lawd: I still fukk with almond milk, but it's squarely in second place now.
