Had to bark on a "lifetime fitness trainer" earlier and tell him to step the fukk off.
It's why I'm working on my garage gym as quick as I can get it done, commercial gyms when they're busy are hell to try and get your work in if you're relatively strong.
Anybody that knows me knows getting me angry isn't easy to do.
I'm at my top sets on squats 5 sets of 3 with 405 for the day. Last set gonna be an AMRAP
Dude comes over while I'm finishing set three I'm doing all of the "don't talk to me right now" body language signs.
So dude hovers and then starts waving to get my attention.

I try and be nice so I laugh and kinda downplay it so I don't look like a humble brag by saying this is a weight I handle regularly just fine.
he keeps going on and on about how I really should have the bumpers up and maybe even a spotter and I should be wearing a weight belt and he just wants to see me be safe. Blah blah blah like for nearly a minute straight.
Dude was a maybe late 40's white guy so definitely not some young I know it all because I saw it on YouTube gym guru.
shyt completely takes me out of my mojo because I ended up only getting 6 on the AMRAP but I had 8-10 in mind when I was in kill mode before dummy came and fukked it up.

Commercial gyms during busy hours, I probably needed this reminder of why I avoid them.
