The liquid egg whites are no better than boiled eggs as far as smell....maybe it's the quantity I consume, but still.

I highly recommend doing face pulls SEATED....I use one of those 90 degree shoulder press chairs. It lets me go heavier without tilting forward like when I stand. I do a hold at the end of the exercise position like my arms are in the double bicep pose. Did them earlier and my traps and lats are burning.....:banderas:

I have the nastiest cold so I'll spare the gym folk my germs, hit 3 on the track and gonna follow this results plan for my workout after my vaporubdown and nap. I barely feel like eating just wantthis thing to go away
