They're 15 bucks for the hoodie and 15 for the sweats. I was shocked, target is getting real dope at gym clothes basics.

I don't like sweats for the gym but those are quality for just running around on the weekends in the fall. Bought a full set and then another pair of pants.

September is such a quiet month at the gym.

You could do quintuple sets no problem if you wanted to

summer just ended so now a lot of people are either like fukk it. . Or I'll wait till January and get serious.

I'm going to be working out in that gym within a week. They're already repairing the few ceiling tiles that fell out and will be done by Friday.

I'm going IN. I feel as though I'll atrophy if I don't keep doing push ups every day.

Probably going to start out with back and chest, then legs then whatever else.

did 4 plates low handle today, the Doms in my quads are insane, had a cramp too. I feel like the hex is more comfortable for some reason, not as much stress on my back

The weight isn't all in the front but even at your side. I only do hex bar deadlifts now.

Hex is definitely safer. Straight bar IMO needs to be trained smartly with supporting lifts, programming, etc. it's just one those lifts where you need to have everything in place to succeed at weights that challenge you.

I understand why people avoid straight bar but it can be a rush as you progress if you program it correct.

How many pills of ZMA should I take? The bottle says 3 but that's 450 MG of magnesium. I read that anything over 350 is likely to cause diarrhea. The first 2 times I took 3 and did get woke out my sleep bubbling
