I find them easier. You aren't lifting the weight as high off the ground and you bring your glutes in more. It takes a while to learn the form though. Try it and see what you think.Good shyt breh. Depending on the time of day you measure you shrink. Youre taller in the morning, vs the afternoonToday's update. Unofficially. Expecting a pound or pound and a half gain when I get back in the gym regionally and my muscles start being active again. I'm definitely not seeing 170 tho. Also don't know if this weight loss made me grow an inch or I was measuring myself wrong but I used a measuring tape I have and it came out to 5'8, I was putting like 5'7 on body fat calculators.still don't know where the weight went since I look the same. Of course I won't notice. I did lose like an inch on my neck and my pants are looser.

I'm 5'10 198-200lbs there's no way I'm north of 13%I did a body composition test today using the P.O.d machine and turns out in at 33% body fat
