Had a real :gucci: moment

I'm heating up my lunch (I have it around 10:30) and this woman is like "oh youre having an early lunch". I forgot how we got into it but I think she asked me how many meals I have a day.... I said like 2-4, to which she says "ah thats why youre always hungry. Nutritionists say you're supposed to have 6 meals a day". I said something and she repeated herself.

Mind you.... I'm me. She is maybe 5' 4" and easily has a good 50-80lb on me. :comeon: Maybe you should cut back to 3 meals a day instead of me jumping to 6 :francis:
Sigh, I dont even like talking diet and exercise with people in real life. The truth is there's many variables at play....

People might read shyt like this:
Too Much Exercise Can Kill White Men, Scientists Find
and then say fukk it to exercise.....

But if they looked at the data and knew how to interrupt it, they see that you're still better off exercising more often if youre that at risk population than not:

The data reveals that not exercising in general, places individuals at higher risk for developing chronic diseases associated with obesity(which is above a BMI of 30) like hypertension, diabetes etc...

My one issue with "The Gym" section. Takes a while to get a response to a question, sometimes you'll never get one.
people are busy, only think about the gym when they're going to work out, someone asks a complex question that requires a complex answer, someone say something stupid that's not worth responding too or has been responded too a million times on here......

My shyt gym only has on squat cage and DL area. That shyt is fun when you have multiple cages...:francis:

The adrenaline I get is from setting my squat safety bars low or having my girl spot me....the ego crush from having her save me is enough to push through.

Ya'll I finally tried 405 for low bar squats it felt good...doing this heavy with high bar and my proportions would hurt my knees and shyt. :blessed:
