This normal for strength training.

Heavy weight, low reps.

It's really 3-5 ish.....

And it doesnt take that long. Normally 30-45 minutes

I always do/did 4-5 reps of 10 with like 30 seconds-1 minute rest. :yeshrug:

Less reps if I'm maxing out the weight.

You're on some whole other shyt, if you can.
Depends on how comfortable with that weight I am.

I don't max out my weight often :yeshrug:

Our gym got a new safety squat bar. I used it.
I've been dealing with pelvis issues. I got up to two 45 lbs. and two 10 lbs plates plus the bar (70 lbs).

I usually try to take 2-3 months off the sauce a year just to give my body a break. It’s necessary every once in a while.
Yeah I'm about to chill.........at least until Wrestlemania :patrice:

I went I think like two-three months last year with no liquor and soda and my shyt was getting right quick AF.

Damn, my wife just surprised me w a belated bday gift when I got home from work. In house 90 min deep tissue massage from this local woman (yoga teacher / masseuse) I’ve been hearing about from my friends. I tried making an appointment a few times but she’s always pretty booked up. That shyt was by far and away the best massage I’ve ever had. My body was jammed up badly. She unlocked shyt frfr

Man I ran 4 miles straight today...i haven't done that since 2010...adrenaline and runners high hit...glimpse of the gym workouts of yesteryear when I looked like a reigning heavyweight champ of the world..then did 2 more hrs of cardio after...im going to feel it later lol
